With one-off independent shops, stunning beaches, must-visit attractions and mouth-watering places to eat and drink, Porthcawl is the perfect place to take a weekend break without having to travel too far.

Since moving back to Wales, our life has been about finding the pleasure in the simplest of things, taking long walks along the coast, watching the grandkids playing on the beach or settling down with a warming glass of Spiced Rum after a long but enjoyable day.
